First harvest. Arugula. It is so good. I never knew that it grew flowers! And once it grows flowers, it is done, like basil, so you have to keep harvesting it. It does not like heat, so depending on how hot it gets will depend on how much salad we get. The flower buds are really delicious. Super spicy! The older the plant the more spicy it gets. LOVE it! We returned to the city today because we are leaving for France this week for Fetes Galantes. Bucket list!
